Women's health screening service
An annual screening for the company's female employees to identify symptoms and conditions that affect quality of life, work capacity and sickness absence. Based on the screening analysis, the employee receives a personalised health plan tailored to her unique circumstances, challenges and needs.
Health consultation
The service also includes 3 digital health consultations per female employee per year. During the health consultation, the employee meets with a midwife and has the opportunity to review and ask questions about their personalised health plan or specific challenges related to women's health.
Online courses
We offer basic training for all employees to increase understanding of women's health. A course for managers and supervisors is also available to provide them with tools to initiate and handle conversations about topics that are often considered taboo.
Women's health policy
Use our template to establish clear guidelines for how your company actively promotes equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender, to perform well and experience wellbeing in the workplace.

In women's health, it's important to adopt a holistic perspective that views the individual as a whole rather than solely focusing on symptoms or illnesses. Behind our health plans stands a dedicated multidisciplinary team, each with unique competence and expertise in different areas of women's health.
Is the service also for our male employees?
Of course, part of the service includes training for all employees on women's health to increase understanding, knowledge and reduce stigma around women's health-related symptoms.
