What's included in the service

Women's health screening service

An annual screening for the company's female employees to identify symptoms and conditions that affect quality of life, work capacity and sickness absence. Based on the screening analysis, the employee receives a personalised health plan tailored to her unique circumstances, challenges and needs.

Health consultation

The service also includes 3 digital health consultations per female employee per year. During the health consultation, the employee meets with a midwife and has the opportunity to review and ask questions about their personalised health plan or specific challenges related to women's health.

Online courses

We offer basic training for all employees to increase understanding of women's health. A course for managers and supervisors is also available to provide them with tools to initiate and handle conversations about topics that are often considered taboo.

Women's health policy

Use our template to establish clear guidelines for how your company actively promotes equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender, to perform well and experience wellbeing in the workplace.

Follow-up & statistics

Access insights and statistics in a dashboard where your company can monitor overall wellbeing and anonymised health data.

Is the service also for our male employees?

Of course, part of the service includes training for all employees on women's health to increase understanding, knowledge and reduce stigma around women's health-related symptoms.

We also offer all managers digital training on women's health and how various issues can affect individuals and their ability to perform work tasks adequately. This way, they also gain tools to initiate and handle conversations about taboo subjects.

Can information about my health be shared with my employer?

No, no information about your health is shared with your employer. We handle all health data in accordance with current rules and regulations.

How much does the service cost?

Companies pay an annual fee for access to the portal. The fee depends on the size of your company and which tier you choose. Contact us for a quote.

We have offices in several locations, is the service available nationwide?

Yes, all parts of the portal, educational resources, health services and policy support, are digital and can be accessed from anywhere.
